We are happy to accept the return of un-opened boxes.

Once the shipping box has been opened, the product may no longer be returned!

We have three reasons for this:

1. Taking returns on open boxes is impossible for us, due to the potential for illegal copying. 

2. We cannot resell used product.

3. We provide online samples of our product and invest a large amount of money and time into producing and providing free demo samples to ensure your satisfaction with our product ahead of time.

In the unlikely event of defective media, we will be happy to promptly send you a replacement.
